Regardless of position, work responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Standing on your feet for extended periods of time (while following state & federal laws)

  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs

  • Ability to withstand high-stress, fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to multi-task in a sometimes loud, busy environment

  • Have a positive attitude toward customers, fellow team members, etc.

  • Must comply with company dress code policies & requirements

  • Previous bakery/retail/food service work experience is suggested, but not required

  • Ability to effectively communicate & converse with customers & fellow employees

  • Ability to perform basic math skills, especially important with cash-handling

  • Must be flexible with every aspect of the job

  • Must be willing to taste cookie dough treats as requested (I know, what a bummer!)
