All orders are shipped out via UPS Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays with 2 to 3-day rush shipping. Once your order is placed and shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your convenience (that way you can keep an eye on your soon-to-be best friend)! (Please Note: Orders placed will ship out the following week with a 7-10 day lead time, depending on current production in our facility!)

Yes! There is a note section in the cart that asks: "Want to delay shipping?", in which you can type in the date you wish to receive your dough!

Absolutely! When adding a pack to your cart, there is a dialogue box where you can enter a message to be included with your package! Please NOTE: Your message is copied and pasted, and therefore will be printed EXACTLY as it is typed. Please proofread and double-check your message as Out The Dough, Inc., is not responsible for any misspellings and/or errors. Please be sure to mark who it is FROM if you wish for your name to be included!

A couple things may be happening... 1. Be sure your coupon code was not a "flash sale" coupon code (Example: "First 10 customers will receive free shipping!" AKA. You may be the 11th customer!) 2. All OTD coupon codes are case sensitive. Please make sure the coupon code is being entered properly.
